for Our Friends The cost to feed, house, care for most horses at EQUIREST is approximately $10.00 dollars a day - so the $3,500.00 dollars, tax deductible, one time admittance fee, paid for each horse, covers less than one year of care. Most of our residents at EQUIREST will remain with us for about 7 to 10 years, for a total average cost of $25,550 to $36,500 dollars for each horse.As a non-profit, charitable organization that receives no public funding, EQUIREST relies on the generosity of our equine loving community to cover the cost of the horse's care. Your help and support is essential for EQUIREST to continue on it's quest. You will find explanations of the different ways you can choose to help EQUIREST continue to keep it's residents thriving with the best of care.
